Right to Cancel

You can return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us at enquiries@cocoandshen.com of your decision to cancel. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Important Exceptions

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or unsealed. The right to cancel only applies to unopened items in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure items are securely packaged for return.

Refunds

If you cancel your order for eligible unopened items, we will reimburse the product cost. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their unopened, original condition.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours or product details will be completely accurate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We may accept or decline your offer at our discretion. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

You warrant that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
